Vanessa Deschênes

As a trainer, facilitator and coach, Vanessa is known to be an actor of change, as well as a caring and mobilizing leader who is not afraid to think outside the box.

Passionate about people, leadership, personal development, neuroscience and behavioral psychology, she supports leaders, managers, entrepreneurs and visionaries to develop their full potential so that they can have a positive impact in the world.

Vanessa is holder of a lawyer degree and an MBA. In addition to being the the recipient of the ZSA Prize for Legal Adviser of the Future (Tomorrow's Leader Award), she was named in the prestigious Best Lawyers in Canada list.

She has more than 15 years of experience in consulting and management roles and has held major positions, especially within a large Canadian financial institution. As soon as her career began, she started designing and delivering training courses and conferences. She therefore has more than 15 years of experience as a speaker and trainer, both in the public and private sectors. Vanessa is recognized for her ability to popularize complex subjects and to make everything practical, which makes her an excellent communicator.

In addition of being an entrepreneur certified coach in holistic health and meditation, Vanessa holds certifications as a practitioner in applied neuroscience as well as a practitioner in Ericksonian hypnosis.
