Trainer and Leadership Consultant
Trainer, coach, and change leader, Josée Ouellet is recognized for her ability to design, facilitate, and deploy high-impact development experiences. Passionate about leadership and organizational dynamics, she has over 30 years of experience supporting both SMEs and large organizations in their human and cultural transformations.
Throughout her career, Josée has played a key role in designing and delivering training and skills development programs, leveraging experiential, collaborative approaches rooted in the realities of managers and their teams.
At Mouvement Desjardins, she designed and aligned the leadership development program for senior executives and supported its large-scale rollout. She also facilitated programs for the presidents of the caisse network, in collaboration with members of senior management, as well as customer experience training for network managers.
At Camso, Josée developed and facilitated a leadership program entitled “Collective Empowerment,” aimed at executive committee members and deployed for managers in Quebec, Sri Lanka, Germany, and the United States. This program combined the development of key skills, collective reflection, and concrete action.
At Collège d’Alma, she founded COlab, a center for social innovation and digital culture. There, she designed training models, innovative pedagogical approaches, and led projects focused on developing digital skills for individuals, organizations, and communities.
Today, Josée primarily works as a trainer and facilitator, supporting entrepreneurs and managers in developing leadership, key skills, and collaboration within their teams. She stands out for her ability to create engaging learning environments that foster accountability, role clarity, and alignment around a shared vision.
Josée holds an MBA in management from Université Laval and is also an accredited practitioner in Appreciative Inquiry (Institut Français d’Appreciative Inquiry) and a Global NOVA certified coach.
