This highly hands-on, interactive training allows you to understand and implement the best practices in project management, using the Project Management Institute (PMI/PMBOK) approach. Applying gained knowledge to a practical case, participants will work in teams through the five (5) process groups and the ten (10) knowledge domains and benefit from trainer coaching.
