Introduction to the Lean philosophy and the Six Sigma methodology.

Audience

This training is intended for all managers and professionals who are involved in improving the efficiency and quality of their services.

Objectives

The participant will be able to familiarize and see for themselves how the integration of Lean's tools can help optimize their work environment.

The goal of this training program is to empower participants to develop the skillset and techniques to:

  • Get familiar with the Lean Six Sigma approach, its philosophy, principles, and concepts.
  • Understand the benefits of a reorganization of work in line with the Lean principles.
  • Assess the potential for this approach to be applied within the organization.

Pedagogical method

  • The training is 7 hours long.
  • This hands-on type of training is based on alternating theoretical learning and practical applications.
  • During the training, using examples, practical exercises and case studies, the participant will practice the application of commonly used tools to illustrate concepts, ensure and confirm their understanding.
  • The preferred style of animation is based on sharing individual experiences and the interactions between the participants.
  • A certificate will be given to the participant at the end of the training.
  • The training is accompanied by 0.6 UEC.
