An Immersive Team Management Experience

Acquiring the craft of a true leader is a long-term learning process. You are undoubtedly an expert in your field, but do you have the skills to build, manage and mobilize a high-performance team?

Two researchers studied the impact of engaging leadership on the work engagement and team effectiveness of 1,048 employees in 90 teams in one company. After one year, managers perceived as engaging leaders had actually increased employee engagement.

Leadership and team management skills are essential for mobilizing and strengthening that engagement, and they will also help you become a successful, inspiring manager within your organization.

Our program will develop your ability to anchor your team manager mindset. As the old saying goes, “smithing makes the smith,” so that development process will involve practice. We offer you an immersive management experience through active participation in collaborative workshops with peers from a variety of occupations.

This action learning process will provide an opportunity to practise and apply proven team management approaches and tools in a safe yet challenging environment.

During this program, you will practise using business tools and strategies. You will also approach your teams with a new, mobilizing mindset to project authentic, inclusive, influential, inspiring leadership.
