Adapted to the evolving organizational context of today’s workplaces, this workshop invites employees and managers to develop new reference points and a shared language to transform discomfort into a driver of change and engagement. This participatory workshop combines concepts, reflection, and action. The experience places particular emphasis on the VUCA strategic management model: Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity. The VUCA matrix helps participants understand the nature of ambiguous situations they face. Its antidotes provide ways to address these challenges. Creating a strong and engaging vision, along with implementing agility, are two key antidotes to VUCA situations that will be explored and practiced.
