Isabelle has more than 20 years of management and leadership experience in large-scale companies and various industries (tourism, retail, manufacturing, municipal, agri-food) including 10 years as vice-president of a large pan-Canadian company. Isabelle is able to fully understand the business reality of her clients and lead them to change. She trains and supports, with authenticity and respect, the teams and organizations she accompanies, always with the desire to help them progress in a context of trust and openness.

Isabelle holds a bachelor's degree in communication and marketing, a diploma from the Collège radio, télévision et communication de Québec, two spokesperson certifications, a certificate in project management as well as a rigorous training in coaching (Mozaik). She is also a SuccessFinder and AtmanCo Certified Professional. She has a great ability to speak in public, to facilitate, to animate and to present within the framework of meetings, discussions, trainings and conferences.
