Michel Drolet

Executive VP and Strategic Management Advisor

Michel Drolet is the executive vice-president of Edgenda and a high-level strategic management consultant. He is passionate about advising and accompanying leaders in the development of new practices focused on knowledge optimization, teamwork, and collaboration.

With more than 30 years of experience in strategic management and team leadership, he understands the importance of innovation to a business’s development. Most notably, he has worked as a strategic consultant for organizations including La Capitale financial group, Agence de revenue Québec, TELUQ University, and CGI.

Unique professional experience and distinctive background distinguishes Michel from most consultants and trainers. After earning a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, he began his career in the Abitibi region in the pulp and paper industry, which at the time was going through a period of transformation and major upheaval. Having supervised three plants, seven forest territories, and eleven collective agreements, he is no stranger to negotiating and implementing collective agreements in difficult situations. Tempered by the industrial world, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge that he shares with business leaders.

Today, his experience in the field is still one of his greatest assets. With his deep understanding of the issues that organizations face, he uses innovative thinking and creativity to solve complex problems.
