Moëz holds a PhD in Economics and Management from the Faculty of Economic Sciences in Montpellier, as well as a Master of Science in Economics from the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Montpellier. With over 23 years of experience in information technology, he has built deep expertise in integration architecture and digital transformation, working across both private and public organizations.
He leads large-scale transformation projects, navigating structural, cultural, process, and technology transitions. Moëz provides strategic support to leaders by diagnosing and analyzing technological and organizational challenges, particularly in talent management and information systems. He quickly grasps business challenges, distilling complex issues into clear, actionable development opportunities. He has played a key role in advancing information systems, designing tailored solutions to meet individual, team, and organizational needs.
