Marc Maisonneuve

Marc Maisonneuve has acted as a Training Program Director, professional effectiveness trainer and user tools practice leader at AFI for several years. He started working in the area of training and instructional design almost 20 years ago. Over his career, he has worked in the legal, financial and governmental fields, among others.

Mr. Maisonneuve is known for his analytical skills, his legendary calm and his undeniable desire to encourage people to develop their skills. He has the ability to present technological solutions in a natural way and to adapt them to the concrete needs of the workplace.

He also makes sure to go beyond his role as a trainer by supporting people, according to best practices, in the adoption of technological tools for efficiency and management. He has a conviction that understanding and mastering modern management tools is the basis of an individual's success in his job.
