Jean Falardeau

With a Masters degree in Science and a bachelor in information systems, Jean Falardeau has been in the business for more than 35 years. He works in business architecture and analysis, strategic consulting, change management, enterprise architecture, business process reengineering and Agility.

Jean has been involved in multiple-scale projects, ranging from digital transformation of more than $500 million to the implementation of best business practices in architecture and analysis. He worked for large companies in Quebec from various sectors, such as insurance, finance and transport, as well as in government organizations such as education, justice and citizen services. For nearly 7 years, Jean trained more than 400 people showing them best practices in architecture and business analysis. His work was based on guides such as BABOK and BIZBOK.

According to him, learning is continuous in the profession: we must constantly be up to date and adapt our practices. Moreover, he recently developed a support solution for practitioners to accelerate their learning in action.

In addition to his volunteer involvement in the IIBA organization, Jean keep creating new training content, particularly in the fields of Design Thinking and co-creation.
