Do you know what drives you? Do you know what stresses you out? Would you say that you are analytical, methodical, precise, skeptical, daring, creative, emotional, authoritarian, empathetic, competitive, collaborative...? Have you ever wondered why you get along and work better with some colleagues than others? Do you know how your colleagues perceive your behaviours and why they interpret it in this way? And vice versa? The goal of this workshop is to help you better understand your own communication style, recognize the styles of others and allow you to adapt and collaborate with people who have different styles than yours.
