In this course, we candidly explore and work on our approach of making requests and communicating expectations. The suggested approach is much more like a guided, structured and engaging conversation that yields the expected results. It is framed with practical scenarios with your group to help you understand your strengths and weaknesses and instantly improve the latter.

It consists of a mission to implement in their daily lives, which will optimize knowledge transfer.
