Sylvie-Anne is an international Executive and Leadership Coach as well as a Coach Supervisor with over 25 years’ international experience as an executive in senior HR and development roles across various industries, such as manufacturing, engineering, telecom, accounting, consulting, finance, airlines and healthcare. She holds a Master’s degree in Management & Organizational Development, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional.

She also holds the senior credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC), which is a globally recognised sign that she is a strong and proven coach. This credential is accredited under the International Coach Federation (ICF), the largest and most global governing body of coaching with over 30,000 members.

She is known to be a positive catalyst for change, enabling leaders to transform and make a significant difference through empowering their people for the betterment of themselves.

She is also recognized for her skills in managing cross-cultural diversity and supporting leaders in navigating multi-cultural environments with success. Her previous roles in Qatar were as Executive Director Performance & Talent Development and as Head of National Talent Development where she has used her extensive experience as a performance coach, working internally to support the career development of 160 nationalities as well as the Qatarization process within.
