Course outline

Package 2 hours individual coaching ans 7 hours group coaching

Reminder: 1 hour of individual coaching is already included in the course The fundamentals of Individual Coaching and in the course Become a Certified Professional Coach: the fundamentals.

With this mentoring formula, you will be able to obtain the 10 hours required by ICF for the ACC ACSTH coach certification. Once registered, it is possible to change the date of your second session.

Unfolding

Two (2) of the ten (10) required hours of coaching-mentoring will be individual with the mentor coach of their choice.
The remaining seven (7) hours can be completed in small groups during two (2) 3.5-hour work sessions.

In addition, to ensure the quality of supervision standards, including that of the Mentor-Coach with its participants, International Mozaik broadcast in Quebec in 2016 an 8-day program aimed at training PCC coaches in supervision. The team of Mozaik Edgenda and Coaches from other schools then developed the specific skills required by the "Mentor Coach" posture, which, in addition to overseeing the development of all the skills put forward by ICF, carries the ethics of this profession of guidance. It is in this pool that Mentor Coaches related to this service offer will be drawn.
