Course outline

The art of facilitating a training session – Train the Trainer 1 enables participants to guide learning and encourage participation in a training group. This three-day formula gives participants the opportunity to deepen learning activities with additional hands-on practice on the third day

This training is recognized by the Chamber of Damage Insurance (ChAD): 21.0 PDUs.
