Adapted to the changing context of today's organizations, this workshop invites employees and managers to develop new benchmarks and a common language to transform discomfort into a driver of change and engagement. This participatory workshop combines concepts, reflection, and action.
The proposed experience places particular emphasis on the VUCA strategic management model: volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.
The formula aims to trigger awareness through experimentation in order to generate real action.

Objectives

Equip employees and managers during periods of organizational change so that they gain confidence and feel more comfortable navigating ambiguity.

This experiential workshop will lead participants to :
