Sébastien Fischmeister Halil
Sébastien Fischmeister Halil holds a master's degree in project management (ESG-UQAM) and recognized certifications such as PSM I, PRINCE2, SAFe, and ITIL. He is also the author of the collection Le Guide du PCO – contrôleur de projet (Volumes 1, 2, and 3). With over 15 years of experience, Sébastien is a senior expert in project management and skills development.
He has played a key role in major organizations such as Desjardins, Videotron, Bell, Intact Insurance, and several higher education institutions. For more than ten years, Sébastien has been dedicated to training, coaching, and professional development in project management, agility, and leadership. Now a trainer and collaborator for AFI U, he is also a lecturer at ESG-UQAM and a teacher at various colleges.
He is known for his practical and dynamic teaching approach, which promotes knowledge transfer. Throughout his career, he has developed solid expertise in traditional and agile project management, including program recovery, strategic planning, coaching multidisciplinary teams, and portfolio optimization. He has led large-scale initiatives with high strategic visibility, ensuring alignment between IT teams, stakeholders, and management. This experience makes him a renowned speaker, regularly presenting at PMI chapters in Quebec and internationally, allowing him to also support organizations through consulting, customized training, and the development of solutions focused on best practices and the evolution of the PCO profession.
