She accompanies professionals, managers and teams to help them become actors-creators of human and inspiring organizational cultures. Her interventions are based on neurosciences, as well as on the systems and practices of mindfulness. As a curious and creative practitioner, she stands out for her ability to build trusty relationships with her clients and business partners.

Sylvie-Anne is an international Executive and Leadership Coach as well as a Coach Supervisor with over 25 years’ international experience as an executive in senior HR and development roles across various industries, such as manufacturing, engineering, telecom, accounting, consulting, finance, airlines and healthcare. She holds a Master’s degree in Management & Organizational Development, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional.

Dominique Barbès is a certified coach, trainer and consultant in leadership development within various organizations. She is an MCC coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
