Prerequisite | Agile Project Management - Basics OR agile certification (ACP, PSM, CSM, DASM, etc.) |
Objectives | Develop the skills required for the Release Train Engineer (RTE) role, specifically related to organizing an Agile Release Train (ART) in the context of a Lean-Agile transformation. |
Training approach | Participants will complete a series of exercises/workshops and benefit from individual coaching by the trainer. In addition, the trainer will provide all necessary explanations in the form of lectures, discussions and case studies. |

IMPORTANT: All course materials and the exam are in English only. The course includes the cost of the SAFe Release Train Engineer exam. |
