Through a series of lectures and practical exercises, participants prepare for the SAFe Release Train Engineer exam and benefit from the trainer's coaching. NB: We always provide the most up-to-date version of the training course.
Target audience	Agile project managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Development Team members: beginners, intermediate or advanced.
Prerequisite	Agile Project Management - Basics OR agile certification (ACP, PSM, CSM, DASM, etc.)
Objectives	Develop the skills required for the Release Train Engineer (RTE) role, specifically related to organizing an Agile Release Train (ART) in the context of a Lean-Agile transformation.
Training approach	Participants will complete a series of exercises/workshops and benefit from individual coaching by the trainer. In addition, the trainer will provide all necessary explanations in the form of lectures, discussions and case studies.
