Individual supervision provides a creative space for learning, fostering both personal development and coaching practice. This supervision facilitates the opening to new fields of awareness. Its aim is to enable each coach to become more aware of the various levels of client needs and to provide clearer guidance. Supervision ensures professionalism in the coaching profession.

Our coaches are experienced and trained in supervision, here to facilitate the coach's reflection and challenge their perspective on their work, clients, and sessions.

Audience

Internal or external coaches, professional leaders offering personalized support to executives and managers, and/or group coaching.

Prerequisites

Completion of a Level 1 or 2 coaching training program.

A preliminary orientation interview is required to validate your registration.

For coaches trained at other institutions, proof of their training will be requested. Must have individual, group, and/or organizational coaching assignments.

Methodology

Collective supervision sessions are based on real cases brought by the coaches, allowing for shared and diverse perspectives on different practices.

We will invite participants to engage in collective supervision as a learning network, exploring prototypes and experiments to learn together and strengthen their practice through constructive feedback while integrating the paradox of change/no change.

We will alternate sessions including:

  • Fishbowl supervision,
  • Mentoring on participants' methodological and engineering needs,
  • Additional insights to deepen coaching practice.

Groups are limited to 10 participants per facilitator.

Objectives

  1. Open the "beginner’s eye" to:

  2. Co-create an intimate relationship by setting an intervention framework that combines protection, permission, confrontation, and recognition of talents.

  3. Activate the "third ear" of circular listening, which hears each reaction of team members, every silence, every movement, beyond words.

  4. Dare to practice systemic feedback with humor, relying on specific facts instead of harsh criticism or judgment, while offering options for team development.

  5. Use metaphors, projective, and symbolic supports to facilitate the emergence of renewal; only intention, aligned with the team’s expected outcomes, allows the coach to choose their "tools" by linking meaning and action.

  6. Be tactical in the moment with the intuition of the right action and strategic in the unforeseen future. Use mistakes as sources of information and experiments to transform.

  7. Dare to have team members debrief their communication and functioning processes instead of positioning oneself as the expert in team coaching.
