  • Transition from an operational role to a strategic and transformational one.

Part 2: Identify and Leverage Communication and Emotional Intelligence Tools

  • The rules of communication and the keys to delivering an impactful message.
  • Implementation of the 6 active listening techniques.
  • Exploration of the 4 dimensions of emotional intelligence.

Part 3: Leverage Personal Influence Tools

  • Distinguish between influence and hierarchical power.
  • Identify personal levers (power, credibility, visibility).
  • The 5 influence approaches and their application in an HR context.

Part 4: Apply Persuasion Techniques and Implement Adapted Negotiation Strategies

  • Pillars of persuasion (Ethos, Pathos, Logos).
  • Cialdini’s principles of persuasion (reciprocity, commitment, social proof, authority, likability, scarcity, unity).
  • Negotiation techniques (interests vs. positions, active listening, stakeholder value recognition).
  • Team negotiation simulation with collective feedback in collaboration with AI.
