Artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer a distant horizon: organizations are using it and regularly leveraging generative AI in their operations. With this widespread adoption, generative AI is transforming the way we work—but it is not creative in the human sense: AI produces without intention or vision. In this context, leadership is enhanced by AI and remains the central pillar for guiding organizational change, especially the changes brought by AI. It does so by providing meaning, cultivating trust, and defining an ethical intention around AI that steers its use toward responsible practices that are conscious of their impact on ecosystems. | |
