Agility and the implementation of good practices are disrupting the role of architects. However, this role has never been more important, since the success of the project depends largely on them. Since Agility embraces transparency, introspection and adaptation, the architecture must be able to reflect these three main pillars of Agility. Therefore, it is essential that the Architect knows how to put all the winning conditions in place to maximize the chances of success of the project.
