Caroline Robillard

Caroline Robillard is a project management consultant and an industrial engineering professional. A member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and a CAPM-certified professional from the Project Management Institute (PMI), she has over four years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, and process improvement across various organizations.

She has contributed to numerous large-scale projects, notably in ERP implementation (SAP) and supporting technological change. More recently, she has led initiatives related to the adoption of artificial intelligence solutions and productivity tools, including Copilot implementation projects and managing an AI proof-of-concept program within a major public organization in Quebec. These experiences strengthen her ability to guide teams through the practical and sustainable integration of new technologies.
