Marie-Pierre Habas-Gerard

With more than 25 years of experience at the crossroads of artificial intelligence and digital transformation, Marie-Pierre leverages her international expertise and visionary leadership to guide organizations through their evolution. Beginning her distinguished academic journey in fundamental mathematics applied to quantum physics, Marie-Pierre’s career has taken her from France to Italy and Spain, before moving into the private sector with leading companies such as Hewlett Packard, Steria Sopra, Logica, CGI, and RCGT. In these roles, she led ambitious digital transformation programs and held strategic leadership positions.

Driven by a desire to make a tangible impact in the business world, Marie-Pierre also embraced entrepreneurial challenges as a Product Lead at a Montreal-based startup, developing an innovative life insurance product based on natural language processing. Her recognized expertise has enabled her to build a robust network within Quebec’s innovation and AI ecosystem, fostering transatlantic collaborations with France and Europe, including partnerships with ETIAA.

Now serving as Leader of the Business Transformation and AI Faculty and as Head of the new AI Campus for Montreal, Quebec, and Paris, Marie-Pierre channels her vision and personal values into elevating Afi U. École des organisations as a market leader in learning and professional transformation. Her mission: to help organizations understand how key roles are evolving through AI, to support those ready to embrace change, and to guide them in developing the new skills required for the future—driving the AI Campus and her own commitment to human-centric, ethical, and strategic adoption of artificial intelligence.
