Leader of the Business Transformation Faculty and the AI Campus

With over 25 years of experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence and digital transformation, Marie-Pierre leverages her international expertise and visionary leadership to guide organizations through their evolution. After a distinguished academic journey in fundamental mathematics applied to quantum physics—which took her from France to Italy and Spain—she excelled in the private sector with major companies such as Hewlett Packard, Steria Sopra, Logica, CGI, and RCGT, where she led ambitious digital transformation programs and held strategic leadership roles.

Driven by a desire to make a tangible impact on the future of businesses, Marie-Pierre also embraced the entrepreneurial challenge by leading the development of a natural language-based life insurance product in a Montreal startup. Her recognized expertise has enabled her to build a strong network at the heart of the Quebec and international innovation and AI ecosystem, fostering transatlantic collaborations with France and Europe, notably with ETIAA.

Today, as Leader of the Business Transformation Faculty and Leader of the AI Campus at Afi U. in Montreal, Quebec, and Paris, Marie-Pierre puts her expertise to work for Afi U., positioning the institution as a reference in learning and professional transformation. Her vision: to support organizations in the ethical and strategic adoption of AI, to develop key competencies, and to promote the emergence of roles transformed by artificial intelligence, leading to a richer human experience and sustainable performance.
