As a certified executive coach and senior leadership development facilitator for more than 25 years, Kirk has held senior leadership roles for a decade, enriching his strategic and pragmatic approach.
Kirk is passionate about developing leaders and teams. He has distinguished himself through the facilitation of transformational leadership and management programs, workshops, and keynote presentations focused on emotional intelligence, communication skills, resilience, and trust-building.
