Josée Blaquière

Josée Blaquière has more than 40 years of experience as an organizational development consultant, as a facilitator and trainer, and as a coach for leaders and their teams, both internally and externally. For more than 30 years, she has been offering consulting, training and coaching services to numerous private companies as well as public bodies. Her training assignments have taken her to work across North America as well as Central and South America, including Mexico and Colombia.

She is passionate about leadership development and transformation of individuals and organizations. She is constantly investing in her own personal and professional development: recent researches on positive psychology, neurosciences and mindfulness color her way of interacting with participants in her training and coaching programs.

In addition to her extensive experience in organizational development and professional coaching with leaders and their teams, Josée has led several conception and animation projects for leadership, performance management and coaching training programs with various managers' audiences.

Josée is a graduate in industrial relations (University of Montreal, 1982) and holds a master's degree in organizational development MSOD (American University, Washington, D.C., 1991).
