At 33, Ms. St-Hilaire is the President and Founder of AFI since 2000 and represents an example to follow for her style in leadership, vision and creativity. Ms. St-Hilaire, the only Entrepreneur in the Region of Quebec to get ranked among the candidates for the Canadian-based contest known as « 40 under 40 ».

Renowned Entrepreneur, Marie-Pier invested herself in positioning the AFI team as leader and unconditional partner in Quebec’s training and consultation market. Passionate and dynamic about her work, she makes sure that her attitude remains constantly in sinc with the company’s values; the quality of customer service, teamwork and innovation.
