Ethical Leadership

Embracing ethical leadership is a conscious decision to act authentically in order to make a positive contribution to the world and transform it, which requires deep introspection and a constant desire to challenge oneself. What if being yourself were your real asset?

According to the results of a five-year research project conducted by organizational psychologist Tasha Eurich, 95% of professionals believe they are self-aware, but less than 15% actually are.

In an unpredictable and ever-changing global context, conscious leadership is crucial to making humane, ethical, carefully considered decisions for the common good.

Our program will develop leaders who are aware of themselves, others and their ecosystem, capable of leading complex projects, positively transforming their organization and having a positive impact on the world by taking a supportive transformational leadership approach.

To achieve this, participants will need to work on their own personal development before undertaking the transformation of their organization. They will need to identify and overcome their limiting beliefs and embrace a mindset conducive to transformation.

Session 1

Level 1: Becoming a conscious leader : mindset and key tools (2 days)

Laying the foundations of conscious leadership, and acquiring the first key: self-awareness for clarity, focus and creativity
Acquiring two other keys to conscious leadership for managing complexity:
- Awareness of others
- Awareness of your organization and environment
Taking the first steps toward managing consciously and ethically
Becoming the architect of your transformational leadership

Session 2

Level 2: One more step along the awareness path to transform yourself (1 day)

Becoming aware of change and non-change
Understanding how resistance to change gets started
Acquiring the tools you need to remove your roadblocks and start moving in a different way

Session 3

Level 3: Living conscious leadership by embracing ethical, transformational leadership (2 days)

Acquiring a framework and tools for ethical leadership

Profile

A manager, leader and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Marie-Hélène facilitates the emergence of inclusive, ethical and resilient leadership by helping managers create work environments and dynamics that nurture talent. With a career spanning more than 30 years, she has forged a solid reputation as a driver of organizational transformation through her coaching and leadership development activities and her many publications.
