The numbers do not lie, the manager has everything to gain by adopting a leader-coach posture with his talents. But it is still necessary to know exactly what this attitude consists of and in what context it should be adopted. This interactive conference will allow you to understand the different facets of the manager while developing a new look at the posture of the Leader-Coach.
