This highly interactive course enables participants to successfully pass the SAFe PO/PM (6.0) certification. Through a series of lectures and practical exercises, participants prepare for the SAFe PO/PM exam and benefit from the trainer's coaching.

Target audience

Agile project managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Development Team members: intermediate or advanced.

Prerequisite

Agile Project Management - Basics OR agile certification (ACP, PSM, CSM, DASM, etc.)

Objectives

Develop the skills required for the Product Owner and Product Manager in the context of a Lean-Agile transformation.

Training approach

Participants will complete a series of exercises/workshops and benefit from individual coaching by the trainer. In addition, the trainer will provide all necessary explanations in the form of lectures, discussions and case studies.
