Managing team projects has always been a big challenge. Although we can track our tasks in Outlook, monitoring and managing tasks within a team is generally a problem. With the arrival of Microsoft 365, it is easier to track team tasks. Collaborative work is now facilitated using Planner, To Do, and Teams. In addition, with the mobile apps, you may now follow task and project progress at all times.
