Josianne Trudel

Josianne Trudel is a certified trainer and professional coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and NOVA certified, with over 800 hours of coaching experience.

She holds a bachelor's degree in communication and a master's degree in e-commerce from HEC Montréal. Josianne spent about 20 years working in constantly evolving environments before dedicating herself to her passion for coaching and training in transforming businesses.

Josianne began her career leading operations and administrative teams in the advertising industry. She then spent 5 years in the tourism industry as an international journalist and later worked for Événements Attractions Québec, where she combined her team management and web marketing skills with her love for the outdoors and travel.

Josianne also worked for nearly a decade at Yellow Pages, where she was involved in various aspects of management, from product marketing to leading a sales team. With a strong focus on employee development and well-being, she held various roles, including Organizational Development Specialist and Senior Training and Development Consultant.

In 2022, Josianne launched her own company, Diapason, to offer individual and team coaching, training, psychometric testing, and co-development services aimed at harmonizing the talents, goals, values, and ambitions of transforming businesses.

Throughout her career, Josianne’s positive leadership, empathy, humor, and skills as a trainer/coach have enabled her to keep her teams motivated, engaged, and committed, even during challenging times.
