Holder of a master's degree in public administration, Claude worked for 30 years in the Quebec health and social services network. As a renowned high-level manager, he was responsible for major organizational transformation and management of complex changes while bringing innovative and value-creating practices.

During his career, he had the opportunity to share his experiences in Canada, the United States and Europe.
