This highly hands-on, interactive training allows for the understanding and application of the best practices in agile project management, using the Scrum approach. Applying gained knowledge to a case study, the participants work in teams on four (4) practical workshops/simulations and benefit from trainer coaching.

Teaching method

The participants will carry out a series of exercises/workshops and will benefit from personalized coaching from the trainer. Also, the latter will provide necessary explanations through lectures, exchanges and case-based examples.

  • Workshop # 1 on the product backlog: writing user stories, epics, themes
  • Workshop # 2 on estimating user stories: sizing with poker planning and other estimation methods
  • Workshop # 3 on the sprint backlog: parts 1, 2 and 3 with team capacity (velocity) and creation of the sprint backlog
  • Workshop # 4 on the sprint: Daily Scrums, Burndown Charts, Kanban Boards, and Impediment list
  • Case study with exercises, workshops, simulations, role plays
