With a Master's degree in Education and Training Management and a Bachelor's degree in Law, Caroline Miljours brings over 30 years of professional experience in disciplines related to organizational transformation and human performance. Her expertise spans business architecture and analysis, enterprise architecture, and facilitating communities of practice.

Caroline has played crucial roles in numerous significant projects for various large-scale organizations, including Laval University where she taught management in continuing education for 12 years, as well as CSPQ, Services Québec, MSSS, MRN, MEQ, Regional Health and Social Services Agencies, Revenu Québec, Desjardins, Ubisoft, and Beneva. She also spearheaded a transformative initiative for the government of Guinea in West Africa.
