Virginie Arbour-Maynard

Trainer

Facilitator, coach, speaker and senior advisor, Virginie is a passionate and mobilizing leader. She puts her solid experience as a professional, manager and ideator for more than 20 years at the service of various companies and teams that she accompanies through courses, workshops and individual and collective coaching. She aims to develop the potential of leaders, managers and professionals at all levels and helps organizations to evolve positively and live their ambitions.

Virginie is a lawyer, member of the Barreau du Québec (2001) and professional coach. She has completed the 2nd Kaos Pilot level (Master Archer art & craft of designing & facilitating learning spaces) and is a certified SuccessFinder and AtmanCo professional. Prior to joining Edgenda, she worked in professional development at two major Montreal firms and took on a strategic management role at two innovative independent firms.

Member of the Coaching & Leadership team, she leads a variety of bilingual mandates in leadership and team development. As a facilitator, coach and designer of learning experiences, she is known for her sense of observation and analysis and her rigor as much as for her creative vision and her natural talent as an effective communicator. She has participated in the development and delivery of leadership development and change management projects within organizations such as Ivanhoé Cambridge, BDC, Hydro-Québec, Intelcom and Autorité des marchés financiers.
