Approach and methodology
Practical and structured approach combining focused theory and guided workshops.
Participants gradually learn the fundamentals of security, compliance, and Microsoft identity through real-world exercises inspired by business scenarios, leading to immediate application of learning. They learn to understand key concepts, explore Microsoft solutions, and identify best practices for securing identities, data, and environments.
Led by a Microsoft certified trainer (MCT), the training focuses on interactivity and the development of directly transferable skills to effectively learn about security and compliance issues in a professional context.
Prerequisites
Students should have the following knowledge and experience before attending this course:
- A general understanding of networking and cloud computing concepts.
- General IT knowledge or any broad experience of working in an IT environment.
- A general understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
Recommendations
Optional prerequisites:
- General familiarity with Microsoft cloud services
- Basic understanding of identity management concepts
- Awareness of organizational security fundamentals
- Introductory knowledge of compliance and data governance
