Biographie du conférencier

Fazil Chouakri, VP technologique, coach et formateur

Leader soucieux de l’efficacité et de l’atteinte des résultats, Fazil Chouakri fait preuve d’innovation et possède une vaste expérience en technologies de l’information. Au cours de ses 25 ans de carrière, il a développé une solide expertise en modélisation de processus et de systèmes. Doué d’un excellent esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, il peut conceptualiser rapidement des contextes organisationnels et des systèmes d’information complexes.

Il a joué des rôles clés, à titre d’architecte fonctionnel ou de chef de projets, dans la livraison de projets stratégiques pour Transcontinental, BRP, Loto-Québec, Michelin, Louis Vuitton, le Groupe Pages Jaunes et Décathlon. Reconnu pour son expertise dans l’amélioration continue des processus de développement, il a également participé à la mise en place de processus de génie logiciel pour la BDC, l’Université Sherbrooke, Hydro-Québec et CGI (Montréal et Sherbrooke). Ces mandats l’ont exposé aux outils de développement des plateformes SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, IBM, Microsoft, Amazon et Google, ainsi qu’à la mise en place d’une culture DevOps.

Son expertise l’a amené à enseigner la gouvernance des TI et l’introduction de l’analytique dans le domaine des affaires dans le programme EMBA de l’Université de Concordia, ainsi que les cours de méthodologie de développement au HEC. En plus de son baccalauréat en informatique et de sa maîtrise en systèmes d’information, Fazil Chouakri est certifié Kaospilot, une démarche pour mettre en place des programmes d’apprentissage et de formation. Excellent communicateur, il a un sens prononcé de la collaboration et du travail d’équipe. Son expérience terrain et ses connaissances théoriques font de lui un excellent coach et formateur.
