Carrying the Torch of the Coaching Culture

It is often said that people don’t leave an organization – they leave a manager and a culture. Organizations that shift from “control-based” leadership to a coaching culture are likely to be better prepared to adapt quickly, manage priorities and support the well-being of people.

More powerful than strategy and more persistent than vision, an organization’s culture influences who stays or goes and how people interact with each other, explains Professor Peter Hawkins in Creating a Coaching Culture.

In this context, coaching takes on its full importance and becomes a strategic driving force, unleashing the full potential of organizations and the people who make them up in a constantly changing world.

Our program is designed for professionals and managers who want to engage in comprehensive, cutting-edge, recognized training in strategic support for the evolution of organizations toward their full potential. When you select this program, you are choosing to develop the skills you need to support human and organizational change and to reinforce your position as a transformational leader-coach at the highest level.

This program, designed by International Mozaik, pioneer in organizational coaching, enables participants to achieve the level of professional recognition as an ACC (Accredited Certified Coach) with ICF.

As you grow personally through this human and professional adventure, you will be able to learn how to develop individuals and teams. You will become a torchbearer for the coaching culture, an inspiring ambassador for sustainable evolution and long-term viability.
