Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Operations Management and Logistics) as well as a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Logistics, she draws on a strong academic foundation to deliver structured, coherent, and organizationally relevant training.
Her remarkable adaptability, her ability to quickly grasp group dynamics, and her skill in tailoring her message to the participants’ level of maturity are especially valued by organizations. Beyond knowledge transfer, Ms. Provencher acts as a true facilitator of learning. Certified as a PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she enhances her interventions with diverse hands-on experience gained from complex, multidisciplinary projects in Canada and internationally, in sectors such as aerospace, information technology, procurement, and financial services.
