Duration : 2 days

This course qualifies you for 14 PMI® Professional Development Units (PDUs).

This highly hands-on, interactive training allows you to understand and implement the best practices in contract & supply management, using the Project Management Institute (PMI) approach. Applying gained knowledge to a practical case, participants will work in teams through the five (5) process groups and benefit from trainer coaching.

Project management - The Basics or experience in project management

Objectives

  • Learn to plan and manage contract & supply for a project
  • Take ownership of a structured and integrated approach to contract & supply management, aligned with the PMI
