This highly interactive course enables participants to successfully pass the SAFe PO/PM (6.0) certification. Through a series of lectures and practical exercises, participants prepare for the SAFe PO/PM exam and benefit from the trainer's coaching.

NB: We always provide the most up-to-date version of the training course.

Agile project managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Development Team members: beginners, intermediate or advanced.

Objectives

Develop the skills required for the Product Owner and Product Manager in the context of a Lean-Agile transformation.

Training approach

Participants will complete a series of exercises/workshops and benefit from individual coaching by the trainer. In addition, the trainer will provide all necessary explanations in the form of lectures, discussions and case studies.

  • Recognize and apply the Lean-Agile philosophy and principles.
  • Continuously explore, integrate, deploy and deliver value.
  • Set up a portfolio of Lean-Agile projects.
  • Coordinate the development of large, complex solutions.
  • Improve your Lean-Agile leadership skills.
  • Support Lean-Agile transformation in your organization.
  • Analyze the roles and responsibilities of the Product Owner and Product Manager.
  • Structure the Agile Release Train (ART)
  • Plan and implement the Program Increment (PI)
  • Complete the course study leading to the certification exam.
