Become an effective manager by delivering the "right" projects, while optimizing the use of resources to achieve your strategic goals

This course qualifies you for 14 PMI® Professional Development Units (PDUs).

This highly hands-on, interactive training allows you to understand and apply portfolio management best practices, implementing the Project Management Institute (PMI/PMBOK) approach. Applying gained knowledge to a practical case, participants will work in teams, through the five (5) process groups and the ten (10) knowledge domains, and benefit from trainer coaching.


Project managers: intermediate or advanced


Project management (basic) or experience in project management


  • Be able to plan and monitor a project portfolio effectively
  • Be prepared to manage the benefits effectively
  • Take ownership of a structured and integrated approach to portfolio management, aligned with the PMI

Teaching method

The participants will carry out a series of exercises/workshops and will benefit from personalized coaching from the trainer. Also, the latter will provide necessary explanations through lectures, exchanges and case-based examples.
