Course outline

Duration : 3 half-days

VUCA : Volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. These four words appropriately describe the business context in which managers must now coordinate their team and achieve results. We are all looking for reference points in this new reality of remote working. Through this effective and engaging training path, we propose to help you accelerate your adaptation to this new reality.

Navigating complexity in such a way as to come out stronger is a learnable skill! This starts with understanding your own level of stress and decoding your own needs in order to be more receptive to those of your team.
This 3-module path makes room for discussion and sharing of best practices.
