Duration : 2 non-consecutive days + 2 one-hour individual support to be taken within 3 months of starting the program

Your organization is transitioning to digital solutions and will be using Microsoft Office 365 cloud services. You are interested in learning about the best practices and methods to accelerate implementation, avoid pitfalls, encourage its adoption and make the most of your investment? This training covers everything you need to know to successfully launch Microsoft cloud in your organization.

Through our implementation of Office 365 in numerous Canadian businesses, we have identified the essential elements that need to be put in place to ensure a rapid and effective launch. Our interactive workshops will help you visualize an efficient action plan to successfully support your team in adopting this technology.
Furthermore, you will learn how to turn your one-way communications into multichannel communication through Yammer, Sway, Stream and responsive communications sites.

Support
A Teams collaboration space is reserved for participants who have questions after the program. Each week, a group session will be opened with an expert who will answer your questions. You may also relay your questions and answers to the other participants.
In addition to this collaborative space, each participant is entitled to 2 hours of individual support.
