Course outline

Audience

Business analysis is a set of values, practices and collaborations that aims to define, assess, transform, develop, and manage organizational capabilities. It is at the crossroads of several disciplines such as process management, development of information systems, project management and change management. It requires many skills either soft or technical. Therefore, it is essential any business analyst knows how to put all the winning conditions in place to maximize the chances of success of the project.

Objectives

  • Understand the role of the business analyst in a digital transformation context.
  • Understand the role of the business analyst in a context of agility and business intelligence.
  • Provide analysts with the basic tools (concepts and practices) to better approach business analysis activities and adapt them to their organizational reality.
  • Provide participants with a starter toolkit to quickly put into practice the concepts/practices exposed in the training.
