Audience | Business analysis is a set of values, practices and collaborations that aims to define, assess, transform, develop, and manage organizational capabilities. It is at the crossroads of several disciplines such as process management, development of information systems, project management and change management. It requires many skills either soft or technical. Therefore, it is essential any business analyst knows how to put all the winning conditions in place to maximize the chances of success of the project. |
