3 days divided into 6 half-day modules

Choice of 3 schedules:

  • day (Thursday and Friday morning, 9 AM to 12:30 PM)
  • weekend (Friday and Saturday morning, 9 AM to 12:30 PM)
  • evening (Tuesday and Wednesday evening, 6 PM to 9:30 PM)

Prerequisites

Having completed the following training: Becoming a Leader-Coach: Fundamentals of Individual Coaching.

Objectives

  • Learn the posture of team or group leader-coach.
  • Learn how to lead a team in the coach posture.

Content

  • Learn how to create group dynamics. Develop your leadership style.
  • Practice the decoding of collective processes in a group.
  • Learn to practice group systemic reflet and strategic feedback. Practice several types of collective facilitation.
Teaching Method
  1. Learning about yourself and your collaborators
  2. Decode your cultural filters and those of your peers and see the impact on interrelationships in group dynamics
  3. Identify your communication strategies and those of your peers in a group and see the impact on a common project’s success
  4. Learning together as a learning group
  5. Experiment group dynamics reflecting your group’s dynamics in the organization
  6. Prototype various team leadership types in a coaching posture with your learning group and appreciate their various impacts
