Certified ACC senior coach and trainer by ICF, Hélène has been supporting leaders and their teams for over 13 years in developing their full potential and driving their organizations' success.

With 30 years of international experience in major corporations, specializing in team leadership, strategic sales development, and research & development, Hélène has developed a deep sensitivity to human value within organizations and guiding change management.

In 2010, she decided to specialize in training and talent development within organizations. She holds a University Degree in corporate coaching practice from the University of Paris VIII – University of La Réunion.

Her solid expertise in organizational efficiency revolves around leadership development, effective communication, team engagement, and self-management.

She has coached and trained thousands of individuals to maximize their potential and increase their impact in numerous organizations.

With openness and adaptability, she enjoys co-creating optimal strategies to grow team and leader talents, helping them navigate through transformations.

She is known for her creative approach and her ability to bring out the full potential of each individual, fostering lasting change and self-awareness.

Trust and authenticity are the cornerstones of her approach. Hélène strives to always optimize both individual effectiveness and well-being while aligning with her clients' business vision and goals.

Hélène has actively contributed to promoting coaching within ICF Quebec/ICF Synergie. She has worked on the ethics committee, contributing to the creation and facilitation of webinars on ethics and deontology, and hosted various conferences for the coach congress. A unifier, Hélène later took responsibility for the events committee for coaches in the Montreal region.

Adaptability is one of her strengths, and managing human and intercultural relations is another.
